1. COMMENT: 2-06.3.10 – Include a legend that shows and describes all symbols used on the drawing, preferably on the first sheet.

2. COMMENT: 2-06.3.12 – Provide an index of sheet in the development package on the first sheet.

3. COMMENT: 2-06.4.2.B – Include a brief legal description in the title block.

4. COMMENT: 2-06.4.3 - Provide the development package case number, CIP-0525-00012, adjacent to the title block on each sheet.

5. COMMENT: 2-06.4.4.C – Include the Section, Township and Range adjacent to the project-location map.

The following information shall be provided on the plan/plat drawing to indicate the existing conditions on site and within 50 feet of the site. On sites bounded by a street with a width of 50 feet or greater, the existing conditions across the street will be provided.

6. COMMENT: 2-06.4.8.A – Provide site boundary perimeter information, including bearing in degrees, minutes, and seconds, with basis for bearing notes, together with distances in feet, to hundredths of a foot, or functional reference system.

7. COMMENT: 2-06.4.8.B – If applicable, draw any proposed or existing easements on the plans with recordation information.

8. COMMENT: 2-06.4.8.C – Provide the following information regarding existing public right-of-way adjacent to the site: The name, right-of-way width, recordation data, type and dimensioned width of paving, curbs, curb cuts, and sidewalks

10. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.E - The site is comprised of two parcels which require a lot combination processed through Pima County Assessors - https://www.asr.pima.gov/Downloads/Forms/ComboRequest.pdf

11. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.F – Show all existing zoning classifications on and adjacent to the project (including across any right-of-way)

12. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.H.5.a – Per UDC 7.4.4-1, half basketball courts require 3 vehicular parking spaces, one of which is required to be ADA van accessible. Include a note stating the required and provided parking. If parking is provided, demonstrate compliance with UDC 7.4.6, Motor Vehicle Use Area Design Criteria. If the proposal does not meet this standard, provide a City Manager Waiver in accordance with Section V of the Administrative Directive 1.07-6 with the formal Development Package.

13. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.H.5.d – Per UDC 7.4.8-1, Basketball courts require 0.25 short-term bicycle parking spaces per court with a minimum of requirement of 2 spaces. Provide a note stating the required and provided bicycle parking. Demonstrate compliance with UDC 7.4.9, Bicycle Parking Design Criteria. If the proposal does not meet this standard, provide a City Manager Waiver in accordance with Section V of the Administrative Directive 1.07-6 with the formal Development Package.
