The development site occupies parcel number 126-20-001C and is zoned as Residence 1 Zone (R-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is East 19th Street and South Country Club Road, approximately 1000 feet to the northwest of the subject development. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 1st submittal of this project and is not requiring a resubmittal of this project.
