plan improvements at an existing park at 900 S Randoph Way. This development is located in
the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 14S, Range 14E of the
Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 126-20-001C and is
zoned as Residence 1 Zone (R-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is East 19th Street
and South Country Club Road, approximately 1000 feet to the northwest of the subject
development.
The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 1st submittal of this project and is not requiring a
resubmittal of this project.

plan submitted 10/24/2028. There are no existing facilities within the development.No
apparent conflicts Further: No easements or facilities within the development area.
Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the
existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer.
To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918-
8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving
off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the
plans.
If easements are required, they will be secured by separate instrument. Should you
