Site Landscape REVIEW COMPLETED PDSD SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO REVIEW SECTION COMMENTS:

1. Consider including 6 inch depressed landscape areas to receive rainfall only catchment. This can be handled with a simple leader call out on the landscape/planting plan and a general landscape note.

2. In coordination with the above, look to depress all areas receiving new tree plantings.

3. If possible, grade all new/replaced hardscape areas toward the depressed landscape planting areas.

Thank you.
