The New Development Section offers the following comments:

1. The New Development Section has no developer financed projects in this area that may affect or be affected by this Capital Improvement Project.

2. CONS-203122_Pipeline 60 Percent.pdf, Sheet C01 & CONS-203122_Production Facility 60 Percent.pdf, Sheet C01: The approximate parcel lines shown on these sheets do not match what is shown on PimaMaps. Please verify the parcel lines and numbers have been shown corrrectly

3. CONS-203122_Pipeline 60 Percent.pdf, Sheet C01 & CONS-203122_Production Facility 60 Percent.pdf, Sheet C01: Show and label Star Commerce Way on thes sheets to more clearly identify which private road this reclaimed pipeline will be installed in and where the pump station facilities will be located.

4. CONS-203122_Pipeline 60 Percent.pdf, Multiple Sheets & CONS-203122_Production Facility 60 Percent.pdf, Multiple: The sheet matchlines have been shown on Sheet C01, with a simple dashed line that is shown in the Legend as a easement line. And the sheet matchlines have been shown on Sheets C02 and Sheet C03 using a different line type. Show the sheet matchlines in the legend using a linetype that has not been used to depict something else in the legend and show the sheet matchlines consistently from Sheet to Sheet.

5. CONS-203122_Pipeline 60 Percent.pdf, Sheet C01 & CONS-203122_Production Facility 60 Percent.pdf, Sheet C01: Verify the name of the private road in which the new pipeline is to be installed. It may not be Walker Road. The private roads in the Tres Rios WWTP were named by the PCRWRD. I have worked at the Tres Rios Water Reclamation Facility and I suspect this private Road is not named Walker Rd.

6. CONS-203122_Pipeline 60 Percent.pdf, Sheets G02, C01 & C03: The existing 24” Ductile Iron reclaimed water transmission main has been shown using a linetype described in the legend on Sheet 2 as an existing water main. It should be shown with the linetype for existing reclaimed water mains shown in the legend onTucson Water’s Design Standards Illustrations -2023. Also make this correction to CONS-203122_Production Facility 60 Percent.pdf, where necessary.

7. CONS-203122_Pipeline 60 Percent.pdf, Sheets G02, C01 & C03: Show the plan number of the existing 24” reclaimed water transmission main in Ina Road. Also make this correction to CONS-203122_Production Facility 60 Percent.pdf, where necessary.
8. CONS-203122_Pipeline 60 Percent.pdf, Sheet C01: The profile shown on this sheet is only a profile from STA 14+60 to STA 15+80. A complete profile from STA 10+00 to the sheet matchline (STA 15+80) must be shown.

9. Both the CONS-203122_Pipeline 60 Percent.pdf, Sheet C01 and the CONS-203122_Production Facility 60 Percent.pdf show the new pipeline. Show the new pipeline in just one of these documents.

No further reviews by Tucson Water’s New Development Section are required.
