Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed and approved the development
plan submitted 2/25/2025. There are existing facilities within the development; there are
possible conflicts with underground lines and D2D lights. Facilities are not depicted
upon submitted plans.
Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the
existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer.
To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918-
8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving
off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the
plans.
If easements are required, they will be secured by separate instrument. Should you
have any easement questions, please contact our Land Resources Department,

There is an existing public water main on the west side of the pool that may be affected by the removal of the concrete stop shown on Sheet 2 by Keynote 14. Please see Tucson Water’s NE0814141 valve map and the as-builts of TW Plan No. 260-1997 to see where the existing public water mains are in this area.

Copies of the valve map(s) and ‘as-built’ plans referenced in these comments may be obtained from Tucson Water’s Mapping & GIS Center by sending an e-mail request for them to TWMapInfo@tucsonaz.gov.

I know of no developer financed projects in this area that may affect or be affected by this Capital Improvement Project.

No further reviews by Tucson Water’s New Development Section is required, as no construction of new public water mains, or relocation of existing public water mains is proposed as part of this project.
