I also met with architect and school representatives. We discussed number of potential solutions to the classroom on the second floor. I stressed importance of them not doing any renovation without prior approval from Fire Department as well as Building Dep. I also asked Mr. Barns to send me an e-mail every 2 weeks to a 1 month on a progress of fire alarm system as well as 2nd floor classroom.
Next meeting is schedule for 01/17/23
1/27/23 - spoke with Dan from Corner Stone Technologies (520-465-8499) was told that he is still working with supplier to obtain appropriate parts. Should have plans drown and submitted by end of February.
2/28/23 - Left voice message for Don asking for a fire alarm update. Will follow up in a week.
5/11/23 -Conducted a meeting between myself and school management. Explained that an action plan needs to be set up to ensure successful completion of the fire alarm system installation. Will follow up on 5/31/23.
06/13/23 TDP - with the exception of the new fire alarm system, all items are completed at this time. A new entry will be created to follow up on fire alarm installation progress.
