Ex-tenant - Carl 296-0640 complaint of; some units (including his #437) were converted from studios to one bedroom units, but the electric was not upgraded and breakers in several units pop continuosly. He also said the breakers were behind the refrigerators (?). Also, he mentioned a bad tripping hazard at the front entry sidewalk; by the SE pillar. He has many friends who still live there that are concerned. GD
