2 new gates located offsite in City property. Note that there was a citation and the owner went to court. Judge dropped case because she said it technically was not owned by the City. He was directed we believe by the onsite inspector to get a permit through the City. I have requested guidance a few times from zone1.desk but have not heard back. Architect wants to try a CDRC meeting. Note that we have included the citation the owner got regarding the gates.
