We have submitted a new updated Development Plan (TD-DEV-0825-00204) which is currently in review. Nick Ross recommended that we apply for an IPP in order to meet the parking requirements since we are adding a new entertainment venue with live music and a bar and a restaurant which will replace the current Slaughterhouse entertainment venue which has held live music and other Special Events over the past 25 years roughly. (I have copies of permits for Special Events since 2011 and there has never been a singe complaint regarding parking.)
