We are planning to do a Condo Plat to separate into (3) Units: the main building into Storage Unit & Retail Unit and the exterior building as Building Unit. This property has many approved site plans since it was initially built around 1965. We would like these plans to serve as the approved plan so we do not have to do a tentative plat. We received a pdf from the city that was 600+ pages, I have taken out the site plan related files for the existing buildings since it was built around 1965.
