In the last year I've had to relocate to provide caregiving for a family member. I would like to look into the possibility of converting the zoning of this property to small office commercial type. It would be office space for therapeutic practices that range from massage therapy, breathwork therapy, to hypnotherapy. A small community space for holistic wellness and healing, that would add to the San Clemente neighborhood, without taking away the historical nature of the local community.
