Per conversations with Nicholas Martell and Mark Castro, I would like to have a pre-application meeting regarding a Board of Adjustment variance for my property. The variance will include issues related to: 1) The gross square footage ratio of the small, historic house vis-a-vis the large yard. 2) Changing access to the property over the last 120 years, which has effectively made the former front yard into the current back yard. This means that old structures behind the house are now regarded as between the house and the front of the property. 3) The western border of the property, where a low block wall sits atop a large retaining wall.
