Storage shed in front yard. During the review of the permit application process I was notified that the shed could violate UDC 6.6.3.C. I assume that is because the shed is closer to the front street line than the main dwelling. Since it is a corner lot I am not sure which property lines and distances to them I have to consider. The plan shows that the basic minimal distances to the property lines are satisfied. The reason why the shed is slightly closer to the front street line than the main dwelling is because due to a large tree.
