The proposed 80' Milagros Tower and associated infrastructure is intended to support near vicinity Pascua Yaqui Tribal community members with reliable highspeed broadband connectivity. The project has been developed and funded through the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program (TBCP #1) Notice of Funding (NOFO). The Tribe is seeking a special exception on the required setbacks for the proposed tower site (to avoid interference with Pascua Yaqui Tribal ceremonies) and the height (to allow for future collocation to reduce proliferation of towers in this region)
