We are submitting a Development Package for a change of use to 901 and 905 W Congress. Both parcels are C-1 zoning, and are currently used as a print shop and residence, respectively. We are looking to have a café in 901 and a bike shop in 905, and develop the northern vacant part of the site to provide parking, trash and landscaping.
