The proposed project is located on 540 West Prince Road Tucson, AZ 85705. The .95 acre site is currently zoned O-3. The site currently has 7 single story office buildings. The proposed use is residential. Phase 1 will include the transformation of the existing office buildings into residential units. Each existing building will be renovated into 2 residential units. Phase 2 will include the construction of a 2-story building with podium parking on the north side of the site. Phase 2 will increase the unit count by 6. There will be 18 units total by the end of both phases. An amenity space will also be provided.
