Would like permit DP22-0012 reinstated. Inspector Brian Johnson was scheduled for an onsite Pre-con meeting on 7/16/26. Arrived onsite and spoke with the contractor for about 20 min. Mistook a note stating "insufficient funds" as a hold on the permit and left stating that there was a hold on the permit. This was incorrect as it was only a note and the status of it was "inactive".
