Requesting approval to renew permit TC-RES-0624-03599, which has expired under IBC 105.5. All work on this project has been completed. The contractor handled permitting for the project on a turnkey basis, and it was my understanding at the time of completion that they had closed out the permit. I have since learned that the permit expired instead. As a remedy, I propose reopening the project so that a third-party inspector can verify the completed work. The attached inspection reports document inspections performed at the time the work was finished.
