system at 4040 N Oracle Rd, installed and permitted under the 2011 NEC, is proposed to be reinstalled in its
originally permitted like-for-like configuration following temporary removal for corrective roof maintenance. No equipment changes, no system modifications, no additional circuits. Appellant requests a determination that the existing system provides safety equivalent to the rapid shutdown requirements of NEC 690.12,
690.56(C), and 705.10 for this limited scope of work.
