Since the Pima County requirement of installing a new manhole (in order to have a new sewer line for 3830 Cactus Bl) would be prohibitively complicated and expensive, we are appealing for relief from Section 701.3, IPC 2018. We request to be allowed to use a joint sewer connection with the existing sewer line at 2811 E Allen Rd (a property we own), so that our adjacent lot at 3830 N Cactus Bl can have a sewer connection.
