STATE SPECIFICALLY WHAT IS PROPOSED IN LIEU OF LITERAL COMPLIANCE:
Building shall be maintained as follows:
- vacant, boarded up, secured
- electricity disconnected, no storage
- shall be inspected monthly by real estate personell, and report sent to TFD via e-mail.
Note: any change in status of building will require immediate repair to the sprinkler system.
