EXPLANATION OF WHY CONFORMATION WITH THE ABOVE REQUIREMENT PRESENTS AN UNUSUAL PROBLEM:
Tenants have raised concern about unusually valuable items in the residence rooms and have requested a 2 week delay in the deadline.

STATE SPECIFICALLY WHAT IS PROPOSED IN LIEU OF LITERAL COMPLIANCE:
All public areas wil be complete by December 17, 2010 and work on occupied living area will be completed by January 28, 2011. This allows occupants to be on site during construction in the living space.
