The were not feed under street to building. The only service at building is Cox VOIP based service. These services offer at best 6 hour back up.

STATE SPECIFICALLY WHAT IS PROPOSED IN LIEU OF LITERAL COMPLIANCE: We propose using a listed fire cellular as primary communication and Cox services as backup.
