02/11/2009 INSP - FULL RDUARTE Approved petition of appeal to the Fire Code Official- Sprinkler system installation required in out-door walk in coolers. Also, dead bolt removal on outdoor coolers.

Outdoor coolers have existed for many yrs (and inspections) and have never posed a safety hazard. Bldg interior is sprinklered thougn were were not required to install. Deadbolts on outdoor coolers prevent theft of contents.

Raiders Reef has complied in every way except the above items and feel they are excessive requirements.
