The area in the ballroom in front of two exit doors shall be used for the display of goods for sale. The displays shall block the exits.

The exit signs at the effected exits shall be covered so as to not give people the impression that the exit is useable. The other exits from the ballroom shall be maintained unobstructed with visible lit exit signs.
