08/05/2008 VIOL - ADMINISTRATION RDUARTE Approved petition of appeal to the Fire Chief on 06/03/06. - use a removeable security bar only during unoccupied times on back door. Bar will be locked in an unusable position during store occupancy.

APPROVED WITH STIPULATION on 07/07/06. - To ensure that there is no confusion on the required exiting from the bldg the following must be completed:
a. A sign stating "NOT AN EXIT" affixed to the interior side of the door. The sign shall consist of letters having a principal stroke of not less than 0.75 inch wide and at least 6 inches high on a contrasting background.
b. A sign stating "THIS DOOR BLOCKED" affixed to the exterior side of the door. The sign shall consist of letters having a principal stroke of not less than 0.75 inche wide and at least 6 inches high on a contrasting background.

Until the signs are placed on the doors, the doors must be left unlocked during business hours. per Chief Dan Uthe.
