The proposed fence will be 25’ long across the portion of the property along 6th Ave. The fence will be 6’ tall, with 1x1 steel bars spaced approximately 4-5” apart. The southernmost section will be a lockable gate 3’ next to the existing walkway from the sidewalk into the property. Posts will be 8’ apart, set in 2’ deep concrete postholes. The line of the fence will extend between the two existing neighbors’ fences on the south and north. The color/finish of the fence is similar to rusted steel, which will match the neighbor's existing east-west fence along the property line with 920 N 6th Avenue.
