This submittal is for Historic review. This project is a tenant improvement of an existing business office. This is not a change of use [the last approved site plan governs], and there is no change in square footage proposed with this project. A new development package is under review - DP22-0071. A portion of the existing office will be replaced with the same footprint. This project has been through 2 courtesy review meetings with the Barrio Historico committee and City of Tucson staff to ensure this projects maintains the character of the Barrio. The following building and site elements are being modified [per the committees feedback]. • The new parapets will step down towards the rear of the building. • New asphalt shingles • New site fence • Existing stucco to be patched to match and the new stucco will match existing • Existing doors to remain • One new door • Existing windows will be replaced • New paint scheme • New interior and exterior fire places • New light fixtures • New scupper profile • Based on COT UDC requirements the privacy fencing around the patio has been removed.
