THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN FOUND TO BE INCOMPLETE AT THIS TIME AND WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED OR COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE REQUEST FOR THE FINAL RELEASE OF THIS PROJECT.
1) DAMAGED SIDEWALK, DRIVEWAYS, WHEELCHAIR ACCESS RAMPS AND MISSING SIDEWALKS.
2) THE DRAINAGE SWALES IN THE COMMON AREAS HAVE NOT BEEN CONSTRUCTED PER THE APPROVED PLANS. SEE TYPICAL X-SECTION "H" ON SHEET 6 OF THE APPROVED PLANS FOR THE EAST BOUNDARY, AND X-SECTION "S" ON SHEET 7 FOR THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY.
3) REMOVE ALL CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS THAT HAS BEEN LEFT ON OR ADJACENT TO THIS SITE, THIS WILL INCLUDE ALL OUTER PERIMETERS.
4) STEEP SLOPES HAVE BEEN NOTED IN THE AREA BETWEEN LOT 85 AND COMMON AREA "A" AND AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 76 ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING SIDEWALK. COMPLETE THE GRADING IN THESE AREAS SO THAT THEY ARE SAFE FOR THE PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC.
5) CHECK ALL PARKWAYS TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN COMPLETED PER THE APPROVED PLANS. AREAS HAVE BEEN NOTED INCOMPLETE AND ROUGHLY GRADED AT THIS TIME ON OTTOMAN DR., JUMPING CHOLLA DR., AND GREEK DR..
6) REMOVE ALL STOCKPILES OF UNUSED CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS PRIOR TO CALLING IN THE FINAL GRADING INSPECTION.
7) CHECK THE SLOPES OF ALL BLOCKED ROADWAYS (OTIS DR., & JUMPING CHOLLA DR.) EXITING THIS TO ENSURE THAT HTEY HAVE BEEN GRADED CORRECTLY. IT APPEARS THAT ALL LOCATIONS ARE SHOWN TO HAVE A SHALLOW SWALE FROM THE PAVEMENT OUT, THEY ALL ARE FLAT.

THIS IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED A FINAL LIST OF ITEMS TO BE REPAIRED OR CONSTRUCTED, THIS WILL NOT BE DONE UNTIL A FINAL REQUEST FOR INSPECTION IS SUBMITTED. THIS IS A LIST OF ITEMS THAT I HAVE NOTICED DURING MY PAST INSPECTIONS THAT ARE INCORRECT AND NEED TO BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO THE FINAL.
