2) GENERAL CLEANUP OF THE SITE IS NEEDED FOR THE REMOVAL OF TRASH AND DEBRIS, AS WELL AS THE REMOVAL OF STOCKPILES OF EXCESS CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS.
3) COMPLETE THE FINAL GRADING INSPECTION FOR THIS SITE PRIOR TO REQUESTING THE FINAL ASSURANCE RELEASE.
4) PROVIDE A LETTER OF CERTIFICATION FROM THE SIGNING ENGINEER FOR THIS SITE STATING THAT ALL OF THE DRAINAGE WAYS, BASIN, AND STRUCTURES HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED PER THE APPROVED PLANS.
5) ENSURE THAT ALL ON-SITE PARKING HAS BEEN PROVIDED PER THE APPROVED TENTATIVE PLAT, AND THE FINAL GRADING PLANS.
6) PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL WORK WITHIN THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY IS COMPLETE AND ACCEPTABLE TO THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT.
