TWO TOO THREE NEW BLOCKS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO MOST OF THE NORTHERN WALL THROUGHOUT THE FULL LENGTH OF THE SITE, THIS MAY CAUSE FOR ADDITIONAL WALL PERMITS BECUSE THE WALL MAY EXCEED THE SIX FOOT LIMIT. THERE IS ALSO ON LOT THAT HAS PUNCHED HOLES IN THE WALL TO ALLOW FOR THE TRAPPED WATER TO EXIT THE SITE. THESE SITE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE "A" TYPE DRAINAGE LOTS WHICH MEANS THAT THE LOT SHOULD DRAIN TO THE STREET SIDE TO PREVENT RETAINING WATER IN THE REAR YARDS. I HAVE ADVISED PAUL THAT THIS GRADING PERMIT IS OPEN AND STILL NEEDS TO BE CLOSED OUT, AND THAT PORTION OF THIS ISSUES CAN BE ADDRESSED UNDER THE GRADING PERMIT AS A CONDITION OF CLOSING THE PERMIT. |
