This multifamily project was built out in two phases, phase 1 in 1997 and phase 2 in 2011, and each phase has its own address (Phase 1 = 4975 S Liberty Ave.; Phase 2 = 4945 S Liberty Ave.). The first phase has 58 units and the second has 38. Thus, for Casa del Pueblo Senior Apartments we are submitting two zoning compliance letter requests, one for each address of the project.
