We are seeking a letter to verify the Zoning Compliance of the proposed use as a) Residential Care Facility and b) Medical Office at 502 N SILVERBELL RD. Unified Development Code (“UDC”) in Section 4.9.7.J and Section 4.9.13.K related to Residential Care Facility and Medical Office. We are proposing to renew the use of the property (Residential Care Facility & Medical Office) with the Zoning Department and work subsequently with the Building Department to ensure all building and occupancy requirements are compliant. We plan to have 30 resident beds, which we understand is referred to as Unlimited beds (More than 10) apply, the following uses are applicable: - Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.J3.D, (Residential Care Services- (More than 10)) - 4.9.7.J.4. State of Arizona Licensing for the use - 4.9.7.J.8. Site Plan in compliance with The maximum permitted lot coverage is 60%. The minimum required setback from all interior lot lines adjoining residential zoning is 20 feet. The minimum required lot size is one and one-half acres -Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.K (O-3 Office)
