Permit Description: We are working with David Volk to purchase this property. We are intending to move our company's headquarters into this location. It is an 18,000sq/ft building and we are requesting to utilize 2000sq/ft for precision/technical metal fabrication within the premises. Mr. Volk explained that we could request a "Zoning verification/determination Letter" that would permit the metal fabrication at the C1 zoned property. I am hopeful this is the correct procedure to request the zoning allowance, so that we can complete the property purchase
