Both banners are mounted at the top of the building facade. Each banner is secured at all four corners to the building in a manner that limits penetrations while ensuring all four corners of the material are properly fastened, in compliance with banner attachment requirements. Neither banner exceeds the maximum allowed size of 90 square feet. No neon colors are used on either banner.
