08/29/2024 Sign attachments/anchors for signs over 30ft above grade to include all types (concrete anchors, epoxy, thru-bolts, etc.) will require a special inspection. This includes verification of correct sign frames and members installed as called on the drawings enabling sign to resist lateral forces such as a 115 mph wind. Verify welder's AWS certification is appropriate, valid and up to date.
08/29/2024 A Special Inspections Intermediate Certificate must be submitted and reviewed prior to issuance of this permit.
08/29/2024 SPECIAL INSPECTION FOR WELDING IS REQUIRED.
