06/17/2026 Pedestrian Assistance - No pedestrian detour is proposed. Therefore, the sidewalk shall remain open and ADA compliant at all times during construction. Worker-assisted pedestrian access does not constitute a pedestrian detour and shall not require pedestrians to leave the designated pedestrian path. If the sidewalk cannot be maintained, an approved pedestrian detour shall be implemented prior to sidewalk closure.
06/17/2026 Traffic Control Devices - Lane closures and street closures shall only be permitted during active work operations. At the end of each workday, the contractor shall remove all traffic control devices and reopen the roadway, bike lanes, and sidewalks to normal operation. Twenty-four (24) hour lane closures are not permitted unless specifically approved by the City. Traffic Control Devices shall not be stored in the bike lane or sidewalk
