06/24/2026 No pedestrian detour is proposed; therefore, the sidewalk shall remain open and ADA-compliant at all times during construction. Worker-assisted pedestrian access does not constitute a pedestrian detour and shall not require pedestrians to leave the designated pedestrian path. If the sidewalk cannot be maintained in an open and ADA-compliant condition, an approved pedestrian detour shall be implemented prior to any sidewalk closure.
