05/27/2026 E. Domenic Dr is subject to a pavement moratorium. A 2-inch mill and overlay, covering one-half the width of the roadway, shall be required. The required pavement restoration treatment shall be confirmed by the ROW Inspector at the preconstruction meeting.
05/27/2026 Excavation - All excavations must be securely plated or backfilled at the end of each workday and during any period when the site is unattended. Plating shall be traffic-rated, flush with the surrounding surface, and properly secured to prevent movement and to maintain public safety
