07/17/2023 Valencia Rd and Kolb Rd are under a pavement cut moratorium and additional pavement repairs may be required depending on Pre Construction meeting with DTM Inspector. A 2" mill and inlay, with PAG Mix #2 (PG-76-22 TR+) will be required for the entire width of the impacted lanes and extend 25' on each side of the trench. All pavement striping must be restored in kind.
