I am writing to formally appeal the violation issued under Tucson City Code Chapter 25 Section 25-12. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with the City Inspector's Office regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. I have gone to the office many times and have called, left voicemails to inspector Corbitt Farren. I have not gotten a response or help from anyone. I engaged a licensed contractor to perform the necessary work in compliance with the city’s regulations; however, the permits for the work were denied. This has placed me in a difficult situation as I am now facing significant financial burdens. The city also mentioned additional costs associated with traffic management, which further exacerbates my inability to cover these expenses.
