We will be performing the earthwork and installing underground utilities under Dev Plan DP22-0100 & DP22-0149 on parcels 140-41-1250, 140-41-124E, & 140-41-124C. Parcels 140-41-1250 & 140-41-124E are separated from 140-41-124C by Rodeo Wash, so we will need to cross over the wash with three 4-in HDPE lines in order to get construction water from hydrant meters to a temporary basin located on the parcel 140-41-124E north of the wash. We will also need to cross through the right-of-way on the east end of the site for access between parcels There will be no excavation or traffic impact involved in this right of way permit.
