10/15/2025 TRSP - ROW - Final Passed Areas where “bellies” in HCS connections were found, a total of 7, have been repaired per the face to face conference we had with Jim Morrison from Eagle Rock. A total of 115 tons of asphaltic concrete was used to make all necessary repairs. Tack was laid on edges as well as all areas that were milled to create a good adherence. All new patches were rolled and vibed to get the 2 inch new mat. Seams are hardly noticeable, and edges along wedge curb, monuments, and utilities were painstakingly worked. Asphaltic material came in at a temperature within specifications as well as was laid at specified temps.
