I live at 3833 E. Hampton St. I would like to add some landscaping to the ROW easement in front of and to the east of my property. In front of the property (south boundary), on the Hampton St easement, I would like to add two (2) boulders, approximately 2x2x2 feet size or smaller. I would also like to install two (2) agaves (1-15 gallon size) along my fence line, planted in the easement. On the east side, I would like to plant 8-11 agaves (1-15 gallon size) along my fence line, planted in the utility alley easement. I have contacted Blue Stake, and my plan shows the only utilities that go through the area, a gas line and water line and meter. Neither will be impacted by the proposed work.
