PEDESTRIAN DETOUR ROUTE ON SAME SIDE OF RIGHT OF WAY TO BE PROVIDED IF NO MARKED ADA RAMPS AND CROSSING ACCESSABLE WITHIN 660' OF SIDEWALK CLOSURE. ACCESSABLE.
