03/16/2026 There is an active Prop 411 project in the area which has already lowered utilities ahead of the milling/paving operation, so sewer manhole and cleanouts are not even accessible unless they're re-exposed. At this time, I recommend this work be postponed until after Prop 411 is complete around July 1st, 2026. If this is not possible; this will require coordination with Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department and with my contractor (Tucson Asphalt) as they hold a current RWRD Permit for sewer manhole adjustments. Not sure of the complexities of having another contractor enter the sewer asset, while my contractor is responsible/accountable for invert protection. If it is feasible to coordinate this work with the Prop 411 Contractor; work MUST be complete by April 1, prior to paving, as we are already under strict scheduling due to other civic events (i.e. Cyclovia; Spring Street Fair; University of Arizona Graduation
