An Archaeological Monitor hired by the permit applicant is required to be on-site during any digging, unless a waiver is issued. 04/06/2026 - Lane closures shall only be permitted during active work operations. At the end of each workday, the contractor shall remove all traffic control devices and reopen the roadway, bike lanes, and sidewalks to normal operation. Twenty-four (24) hour lane closures are not permitted unless specifically approved by the City. Traffic Control Devices shall not be stored in the bike lane or sidewalk

Any settlement, cracking, or pavement failure within the patched area shall be repaired by the contractor at no cost to the City for the duration of the warranty period
