I am cleaning out my garage and will be using a dumpster (without a license plate) I will have three vehicles based on who will be helping me. I need permits to clean out my garage and provide access to the dumpster on Wilson street next to my house ad for the cars of the individals who will be helping me We had a death in the family and cleaning out the garage is one of the first steps I need to take. I am coming in from Texas for the funeral and will be there between Feb 22-27. I don't want to be ticketed at the house i own during this clean out. No professional contractors will be involved just me and my family.
