01/20/2026 COT - FOPR - Fire Special Event Passed Did an initial walk through with Inspector Hinrich and Theriault on Thursday 1/15. When I showed up to the event before 6pm I was told they didn't open the doors until 6:45 and the show would start around 7:30.

The exits were opened in the entrance/concession stand area with appropriate employees in place for the haunted house. Extinguishers in place and exit signs lit up.
I had to ask an employee to tie the exit open higher on one of the exits in the show area. Also had them remove two diesel gas cans from inside the tent in the performer area backstage. They did have ushers in place at all of the exits to help direct in case of need. They did give the exit and no smoking announcement at the beginning.
