11/02/2023 COT - FOPR - Fire Special Event Passed Occupant load was calculated at 650. The organizer gave out 675 bracelets for entry.
Fences were placed around the stage, reducing the occupant load.
The number of occupants was not counted, assuming a maximum of 675 persons.
16 security officers in attendance, not allowing anyone in without a bracelet.
The main act got on stage at 10:30. Jake Baer and I agreed to close the gates at 10:45, not allowing any more entrants. By 11pm 60 people had left, UofA PD were in attendance (observing). The group appeared sober and well behaved.
